All services have a state sales tax of 8.25%
I am available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday to take Real Estate listing photos. I have 2 time slots available on those days:
9 am - 10:30 am
11:30 am - 1:00pm
I do not work weekends.
My typical turn around time is 2 days. Please do not book me if you need a fast turn around. I do not offer rush delivery options.

Once a service is selected, you will be able to choose a day and time that will work for you and the property you would like photographed. If it is a larger property or outside of city limits please let me know in the notes section. You can also use this section to add any parking instructions, entry instructions or must have images for any unique features.
All of the interior photos that I will provide you in your gallery will be shot in HDR.
If the property is further than 35 miles from Bexar county and will require longer travel time please let me know so I can adjust my schedule. I also add a .65/mile travel charge for anything outside of Bexar county. Calculations are based off of round trip milage from my residence subtracting 45 miles.
Guidelines for preparing properties to be photographed:
Some things that can be done ahead of time for the best quality photos is to have all cars moved out of driveway, all windows open/ blinds rotated to open position (unless there is an undesirable view like a wall or parking lot), all fans turned off, and all toiletries or anything showing a label put away. I understand if some of these requests are not possible and I will also do my best to help out where I can.
